What
is your return policy?
We provide a photo and details of materials used. We
give length as well as the width. We ask that you check
them over carefully before ordering. If you have a legitimate
complaint for not wanting your item, and you have not
damaged or altered it, you may return it within 7 days
for a "one time" replacement of any item of
lesser or equal value - you will be asked to pay ALL
shipping and handling charges.
What is a legitimate complaint? Saying your necklace
is too long or too thick, when all measurements were
listed and a photo given, is not a ligitimate complaint.
If RockinHemp.com deems it necessary to return your
money, a refund will be provided through PayPal within
30 days of your order. If that time period lapses, no
refunds will be given. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
ON CUSTOM ORDERS.

What's that about?
RockingHemp was designed by Studio Ten Twenty-Three.
We are actually a little side hobby of the owner of
Studio Ten Twenty-Three. Kori Ashton - our lead designer
- has a day job which is running that studio. So yes,
it's safe to use our check out.
How long does it take to get a custom order made?
Once
your order has been confirmed, please allow 3 business
days for your order to be shipped. We will stay in contact
with you via email.
Where is my order and can I track
it?
Have you already received your confirmation
email from PayPal/RockinHemp.com? If so, please be sure
to allow 14 to 21 days to receive your items. Custom
orders may take longer. If it has been longer than that,
or if you did not receive your confirmation from us,
please EMAIL US.
We will contact you ASAP and give you details on the
delay.
How does my Hemp necklace clasp?
Each hemp necklace has a loop and a beaded
end. Slide the beaded side through the loop. If your
necklace is too long, use the extra loop to shorten
it about an inch. If it's too short, you can add a safety
pin as a clasp. It adds about an inch.
How
do I take care of my Hemp Jewelry?
WEAR IT!! When you first put on your Hemp Jewelry,
you might notice that it's a bit scratchy or stiff.
As you wear it, however, it will become softer and shape
itself to you.
It's so scratchy!!! Is there something
I can do?
Sure! Put your necklace in your jeans' pocket
(CAUTION: some beads may be damaged in this process)
the next time you do laundry. Wash your jeans just like
you would any other time, but take the necklaces out
prior to placing the jeans in the dryer. Lay your necklace
out on a wash cloth or towel to dry. And try not to
wear it in the shower anymore, it might soften it, but
hemp tends to fuzz up if it gets wet too often. The
more you wear hemp, the softer it will become.

2000 , I've has been making Rockin Hemp Necklaces and
selling them around the world! Summer of '08 I took
over 300 necklaces to Africa and gave them away to AIDS
orphans and was even able to do some trading with the
local Masi Indians - who are now officially ROCKIN some
cool Hemp necklaces in Mombassa, Africa!!! I've made
well over 6,000 nekclaces in these past years. This
summer - I'm headed to Europe. So, if you are in Paris,
Rome, Venice or Milan - be on the look out for a crazy
